The Shawnee High (OK) Alumni Association 60's and 70's Decades Party was celebrated on September 7, 2024. It was a great success and was attended by 150 people. Ronnie Kaye’s DJ performance was his usual crowd pleaser. Pizza and dancing were enjoyed by all. The net proceeds will be used to support future scholarship and Shawnee School teacher and staff recognition awards.
The Shawnee High (OK) Alumni Association is proud be a supporter of the 2024-2025 Annual Shawnee Schools Teacher of the Year Banquet scheduled for Feb 18, 2025. Along with our contribution for the Teacher of the Year gift, we also contributed towards celebration supplies, and gifts for the other candidates and support employees.
The Shawnee High School (OK) Alumni Association welcomes Bill Goode to the Boad of Directors. Bill is a SHS graduate of 1966 and has been a volunteer helping with various SHSAA related events. In addition to ongoing board duties, Bill will be helping with online outreach via our website (http://shawneehighokalumni.org) and social networking sites.
